Please Note: The applicant ideally should be teaching during her or his first semester of involvement in the program and available/released from obligations on Tuesdays from 12:05-1:25 p.m. Teaching Fellows will meet each Tuesday throughout Fall semester; missing more than two meetings will jeopardize involvement in the program.
In addition to filling out the questionnaire below, please include the following with your application:
