STEP Fellows Application for Graduate Students

 

Instructions for Uploading Your STEP 2009 Application

  1. Log into your T-Square account at tsquare.gatech.edu
  2. Click on the “Membership” button.  This is located on the left side of the page under the heading “Workspace Tools”
  3. Click on the “Joinable Sites” button
  4. Search for the site “STEP 2009 Apps”, after the results appear click the small “Join” link

You should now be able to access the “STEP 2009 Apps” site under your “My Active Sites” tab.

  1. Enter the STEP 2009 Apps site
  2. Click on the “Drop Box” button.

You will now create a folder to upload your application to.  The directions below will help you create this folder.

  1. Click on the “Add” button, this will show a drop down menu where you then create a new folder
  2. Name your folder in the following format LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME
  3. Once your folder has been created click on the “Add” button (next to your created folder), again a drop down menu will appear.  You now have the option to “Upload Files”, click on this.
  4. In the “Upload Files” screen you can use the “Browse” button to locate your application file.
  5. For the “Display Name” please use your LAST NAME.

Important Notes

  1. All appliction materials are due by February 10, 2009.
  2. Advisor recommendations must be sent directly to Dr. Donna Llewellyn at donna.llewellyn@cetl.gatech.edu.
  3. Your uploaded file will only be viewable only by STEP Organizers.
